Located in Mukwonago, WI, this secluded resort-like property on Upper Phantom Lake has over 200 feet of sandy beach on one of the cleanest lakes in the state. This includes a private cove area with a landing leading to a 25 foot pontoon boat, a large wooden pier with a swimming platform, and built-in fire pit area on the beach.
Enjoy a secluded concrete patio with over 500 square feet of usable space, with a custom built-in fire place, stainless steel charcoal grill, and pig roaster with a stainless steel spit. The patio has an island with granite counter-top with 8 high back chairs and a built-in refrigerator. The total seating areas on the patio will accommodate up to 20 people.
